The Manager Toolkit will be intentionally developed as programs begin to rollout and evolve during operationalizing the phases of E&L:
- Guidelines and encouragement for units on how to be more intentional about setting aside time and resources for professional development; (i.e. establish a guideline for the minimum number of professional development hours for all staff and offer resources for programs that can be expanded to support more UGA staff.)
- Methods for how professional development efforts can be measured against job performance and organizational outcomes/impact;
- Guidance for how to use performance reviews to discuss professional development for each staff member using their professional growth plan.
